Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on y888, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Age Limit & Legal Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must be mentally competent and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in your current location or place of residence.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and any accumulated funds being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be completely accurate, up to date, and truthful. Providing false information will result in the account being closed immediately and any available balance may be forfeited. y888 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your y888 account secure is entirely your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Always log out completely after using a public or shared device.
  • Use a strong password and do not reuse passwords from other sites.
Transferring, renting, or selling your account is strictly prohibited. Operating an account through a third party will result in account cancellation.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into y888:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposits must be made only from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your gaming balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals will be made only to the same payment method and registered number used for your deposit.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour of receiving the request.
  • Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at y888 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit.

  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
  • Example: ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must complete bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount.

  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
  • Bonuses are for personal use only; use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • y888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.

5.4 VIP Program

y888's VIP program has four tiers that provide weekly cashback for regular players:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and engagement on the platform.

Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results are verified and final. y888 reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases where a round has been affected by a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to sports betting:

  • If the odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
  • If an event is cancelled, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.
  • Placing bets with the intent of match fixing or gaining unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • y888 reserves the right to set betting limits on specific markets.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by internationally recognised game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI) and ensure fair random outcomes.

  • Manipulating or exploiting game software is strictly prohibited.
  • Playing using automated bots or software is prohibited.
  • Taking advantage of any technical error and failing to report it is a violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y888 platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account cancellation and, where necessary, legal action:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or the processing of illegally obtained funds.
  • Unfairly exploiting bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or malicious code into the game system.
  • Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
  • Encouraging individuals with a gambling addiction to play.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors.
  • Reusing the platform's software or content for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the y888 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of y888 or its licensors. Written permission is required before using any of these assets.

  • Copying, distributing, or publishing any content from the platform without permission is prohibited.
  • Using the y888 brand name or logo without permission is prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering or analysing game software is strictly prohibited.

Games from third-party game providers are protected by their own intellectual property laws.

  • Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
  • Bonus abuse or multiple accounts.
  • Extended period of inactivity.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify the support team. Withdraw all valid balance before closing the account. Any remaining valid balance after account closure will be returned following a full verification.

11.3 Long-Term Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact support.

Terms Amendment & Enforcement

12.1 Right to Amend

y888 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and for any reason. In the case of significant changes, reasonable advance notice will be provided to users where possible.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the platform.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

y888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. y888's liability is limited in cases of losses arising from platform errors, technical issues, or server outages.
